KeyRise Consulting is an SEO/GEO strategy firm. We neither sell traffic reports nor suggest generalized recommendations. We sell prioritized roadmaps, send prescriptive recommendations, and are tied to business outcomes. In doing so, we’ve built a client-first reputation.
What you’ll own
You’ll run your own book of accounts as the primary strategic and delivery lead. That means:
- Leading client meetings
- Translating business context into prioritized actions
- Providing prescriptive recommendations
- Measuring impact of SEO/GEO work
- Self-managing project delivery
Consultants typically carry 6–8 accounts at full capacity.
Who this is for
You’ve done senior SEO consulting or in-house strategy and can hold your own with a VP of Marketing without a script. You lead with prioritization, not a checklist. When everything looks urgent, you can say what matters first and defend why. You write and speak clearly under pressure. You’re comfortable owning a client relationship without a manager backstopping every call.
What we care about, in order
- Client-facing judgment and communication
- Strategic prioritization
- Hands-on SEO execution
All three are required. The order tells you where we’ll push hardest.
How we hire
We run a deliberately rigorous two-stage evaluation, because the cost of a weak client relationship is higher than the cost of a slow hire.
- Async exercise A scoped SEO audit / prioritization task on a sample scenario. We’re reading for how you prioritize and how clearly you communicate the “so what,” not how many findings you can list.
- Client roleplay A simulated client interaction where we stress-test how you handle real client dynamics like pushback, ambiguity, competing priorities, and the pressure to sound smart instead of being clear.
We’ll tell you exactly what to expect at each stage. Strong candidates tend to prefer this process — it rewards judgment over credentials.
