Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Keyrise Consulting LLC, a New York limited liability company (“KeyRise”, “we”, “us”), collects when you visit keyriseconsulting.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

Contact form. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, job title and your message. The form is sent to us by email, and a copy may also be stored in our website’s database. We use it only to reply to you and to discuss working together.

Booking a call. “Book a call” links to a Google Calendar booking page. Information you enter there is collected by Google under Google’s Privacy Policy and shared with us so we can hold the meeting.

Information collected automatically

We use a small number of tools to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure:

• Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) records the pages you view, how you arrived, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. It uses cookies such as _ga.
• Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, shown to us as heatmaps and session replays. It uses cookies such as _clck and _clsk. Clarity is set to mask text typed into form fields and other sensitive content, so it isn’t recorded.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that contact-form submissions come from a person, not a bot. It looks at signals from your browser and device to do this.
• Wordfence, our security firewall, logs IP addresses and requests to block attacks.
• Google Fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address when a page loads.

This information is used in aggregate to improve the site and our marketing. We don’t use it to identify you personally.

Cookies

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity set cookies in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Who we share information with

We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site and the tools above: IONOS (web hosting), Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Fonts and Calendar), Microsoft (Clarity), Cloudflare (Turnstile) and Wordfence (security). Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep normal business records, then delete them. Analytics data is kept according to each tool’s retention settings.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sam@keyriseconsulting.com and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor them.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. It isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are their own, so please read their policies.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
